Client Portal

As a complimentary service, we provide our clients with a secure web portal that allows clients to pull up to date health reports and deliverables related to remote services and support.
We also provide an online problem tracking system that allows clients to log problems, which are immediately dispatched to the appropriate technical support personnel.
Each client has a technical support alert roster, which is also accessbile on the client portal.
