Jack Gao

Jack Gao co-founded Netstar
Systems in 1997, and in 2005, was designated as one of 3 finalists for
the Dallas Business Daily of the Year for Dallas's technology category.
Stephens has worked in the information technology field since 1990 and
has worked for large enterprises such as Department of Defense, US Army,
and US Navy, and Texas University.
Jack started his IT career as an Oracle programmer/analyst, providing
programming support for Oracle version 7 on a UNIX platform. He then
became an Oracle database administrator supporting Oracle versions 7, 8,
9, 10 and 11g for large mission critical enterprises. He has worked as
Program Manager and Project Manager in addition to his executive duties.
Jack has co-authored a dozen books on Oracle database administration,
SQL, and database design. Many of these titles have become published in
numerous languages and distributed internationally. Jack also taught
database courses for University of Iowa for 2 years.

Cindy Zhao
Vice President & CIO
Cindy also co-founded Netstar Systems in 1997.
As vice president and CIO , Cindy is responsible
for managing contracts and managing relationships between clients and
employees. He established the company to create a venue to transfer his
vast real world experience and practical knowledge of information systems
and technology to benefit businesses and individual professionals.
Prior to co-founding the company, Cindy held a variety of
database/technical management positions with KPMG, PeopleSoft and JCPenny. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration/Management from the Texas University at Dallas
Cindy is a veteran IT professional on Human Resource application.
Cindy has extensive experience teaching technical courses for Texas
University, and has co-authored numerous books on Oracle, SQL, and
database technology. Many titles are published and numerous foreign
languages and distributed internationally.

Paul Smith
Vice President & CTO
Paul Smith joined the Netstar Systems team in
2005 and was quickly offered a partnership in
the company because of his strong technical skills and leadership
qualities. In addition to his executive duties, Paul is the program
manager for outsourced IT support for the Defense Finance and Accounting
Service, the largest financial organization in the world. His team
includes project managers, subject matter experts, and senior level
database/system administrators.
Since 2005, Paul has helped take Net Star Systems from a startup company
to a strong competitor in both the government and commercial marketplace
by promoting technical proficiency and outstanding customer service. Paul
began working with Oracle version 7 in 1990 and has held various
positions to include Program Manager, Project Manager, Database
Administrator, and Programmer Analyst.
Paul has taught numerous technical courses for Texas University, and has
co-authored various books on SQL and database technology.
