Netcents is a Federal government contract vehicle that was originated by the Department of the Air Force, but available to all government organizations (GWAC - Government Wide Acquisition Contract). Netcents is an alernative to government procurement officers to the traditional GSA schedule. We are strategically aligned with Multimax to provide this contract vehicle to government clients.

We are strategically aligned with University of Texas in order to offer our clients IT education for college credit. UT and University of Iowa are Microsoft and Oracle Academic Initiative partner and Netstar Systems is an expert at delivering Oracle consulting and training services. Through the Oracle Academic Initiative, students have access to the latest Oracle technology, Oracle approved courseware, and expert Oracle instructors who bring real world experience to the classroom. Key programs taught include Oracle database administration, Oracle development, database courses, SQL courses, and UNIX courses.
