Warranty

Net Star provides a one year warranty on Workmanship for any of our delivered products or services. Net Star will fix/repair any defects which are identified within one year after the product or service deliverable is accepted by Customer. Repairs will be made to meet the requirements as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and the delivery of the repair will be made within a reasonable time frame that is agreeable to both Net Star and the Customer. All repairs will be provided at no cost to the Customer. Defects herein are defined as not meeting the requirements as specified in the SOW and as agreed by Net Star and the Customer.

How to Place a Purchase Order:

(1) Send Statement of Work (SOW) via above email

(2) Send Purchase Order Document via above email

(3) Call Cindy if you didn’t receive email confirmation for the PO

(4) Netstar will send you detail estimate of total cost

(5) Negotiate price and time schedule

(6) Finalize contract agreement

(7) Netstar System and Purchaser sign contract agreement

(8) Netstar System project team will begin the project work on agreed date

(9) Netstar System will send invoice to purchaser at the end of each month
